1.Interpretation and Definitions

Words with a capitalized initial letter have the meanings set out below. These definitions apply whether they appear in the singular or in the plural.

• “Account” means a unique account created for you to access the Service or parts of the Service.
• “Affiliate” means an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party, where “control” means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest, or other securities entitled to vote for election of directors or other managing authority.

• “Usage Data” refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself.
• “Website” refers to CrushedIT Sports, accessible from https://www.crusheditsports.com.
• “You” means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which that individual is accessing or using the Service.

Usage Data

Our Service Providers

We use the following Service Providers to operate the Service. Each processes Personal Data only on our behalf and to perform the function described.

• Amazon Web Services (AWS): cloud hosting, storage, and infrastructure for the Service, and account authentication.
• Stripe: payment processing for subscriptions and other purchases. Card and payment details are entered with and handled by Stripe, and we do not store full card numbers.

These providers have their own privacy policies that govern how they handle information.

5.Text Messages Privacy Notice

You may have the option to receive text (SMS) messages from us. If you opt in, we may send text messages for customer care, account notifications, delivery updates, authentication, security alerts, and marketing.

The phone numbers and consent records we collect for texting are never shared with anyone for any purpose, except the Service Providers that technically have to handle them to deliver the texts. You can opt out at any time by following the instructions in the message or by contacting us. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6.Retention of Your Personal Data

We keep your Personal Data only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Typical retention periods are:

• User Accounts: for the duration of our relationship with you, plus 24 months after your Account is closed.
• Support tickets: up to 24 months from closure.
• Chat transcripts: up to 24 months.
• Website analytics: up to 24 months.
• Server logs: up to 24 months.

We may keep data longer to comply with legal obligations, to resolve disputes or establish or defend legal claims, at your explicit request, or where it remains in technical backups.

7.Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at our operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. This means your information may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction, where data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.

Where required by applicable law, we will ensure that international transfers of your Personal Data are subject to appropriate safeguards.

You have the right to delete, or request that we help delete, the Personal Data that we have collected about you. You may update, amend, or delete your information at any time by signing in to your Account, if you have one, and visiting the account settings section, or by contacting us to request access to, correct, or delete any Personal Data you have provided.

9.Disclosure of Your Personal Data

Business Transactions

If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

Law Enforcement

Under certain circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

The Service is not directed to anyone under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under 16 who creates an Account or otherwise uses the Service on their own behalf. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us.

If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from anyone under the age of 16, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.

This section concerns people who hold their own Account. Information about players and participants that a league enters into the Service is treated differently, as described in the next section.

12.Player and Participant Data Entered by Leagues

Leagues, associations, clubs, and other organizations that subscribe to the Service (“Subscribers”) use it to run their programs. In doing so they enter information about their players, parents and guardians, coaches, and other participants, which may include youth players’ names, statistics, photos, and parent or guardian contact details.

We hold this information on the Subscriber’s behalf. The Subscriber decides what player data to enter and is responsible for it, including for giving any required notices to, and obtaining any required consents from, players and their parents or guardians. We process this data only to provide, maintain, secure, and support the Service for that Subscriber.

If you are a player or a parent or guardian and want to see, correct, or delete information a league has entered about you or your child, please contact the league first, since it controls that information. You can also contact us at the address below and we will direct your request to the appropriate Subscriber and help the Subscriber respond.

The Subscriber’s obligations regarding this data are set out in our Subscriber Terms and Conditions.

13.Links to Other Websites

The Service may contain links to other websites that are not operated by us. If you click a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

14.Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and, where appropriate, by email or a prominent notice on the Service, and we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes are effective when they are posted on this page.
